New clients please arrive 10 minutes before your treatment to fill out a consultation form. In order to ensure availability of treatments, please book appointments in advance. 

During Peak times a 50% deposit for treatments over 45 minutes may be required.

Out of consideration for other clients, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

Any booking breaching cancellation policy or 'No Show' for a booking, will forfeit their deposit or 50% of gift voucher. During Off Peak - treatments longer than 90 minutes or longer require 50% deposit and have same cancellation requirements as above.

Abayda Day Spa reserves the right to amend, modify or cancel - pricing, treatments and policies at any time without notice. Eftpos is available (small processing fee applied).
